Her journey commenced in Germany, leading her to China in 2017 after accruing seven years of invaluable experience at the Fortune 500 titan, Hewlett-Packard. Her first entrepreneurial ventures include the innovative Happiness Association and the culture-bridging homestay ByeByeBorders in Suzhou, China.

Janine's academic achievements are equally distinguished, boasting a dual Master's degree in International Business from Munich Business School in Germany and French SKEMA Business School situated in Suzhou. Her global perspective is shaped by living, studying, and working across multiple cultures, including France, the USA, Finland, and China.
