Karin Raguin

 SVP Human Resources, LVMH China

Karin Raguin started her career in Paris as a social worker and social entrepreneur dedicated to providing economic opportunities to underrepresented communities, particularly individuals with disabilities. Over the course of 25 years, she has been a strong advocate for women's rights, from writing her master's thesis on salary and gender gaps in 1996 to introducing the Equal Pay campaign in France a decade ago.

Karin serves as the Co-Chair of Les Negociatrices, an international nonprofit organization empowering women in both their personal and professional lives through free master classes in negotiation. She also co-authored the book “Reveal the Negotiator Inside You” in 2021.

In 2007, Karin joined LVMH in Paris, where she made significant contributions to talent management initiatives and leadership programs during her tenure, which included four years in New York City. She played a pivotal role in corporate social impact efforts. In 2022, Karin took the helm of the Group HR function in China at LVMH, overseeing all activities throughout the employee journey. Her responsibilities encompass employee engagement and academic relations, learning and development, talent management, and corporate communication.
